Different formats, different mechanisms

Nugget and flake machines freeze water on the inside of a cylindrical evaporator and use an auger to scrape and push the ice out. Cube machines freeze on a plate and release by harvest cycle. A noisy auger and a slow harvest are unrelated faults.
