§01Service Agreement

By scheduling a repair with Boston Near Me Repair (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. We provide residential and commercial appliance repair services across Greater Boston, Massachusetts and the surrounding ZIP codes.

§02Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointment windows are estimates. We will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
• Please have an adult (18+) present during the service visit.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. The amount is stated when you book and again in the booking confirmation.
• No-shows (technician arrives, no one home) will be charged the diagnostic fee.

§03Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. The amount is quoted when you book, before a technician is dispatched, and it is waived if you authorize and proceed with the repair. The fee covers the technician's time, travel, and diagnosis — it is non-refundable if you decline the repair.

§04Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle.
• Prices shown online are estimates. Final pricing depends on diagnosis and parts required.

§05Warranty

• 90-day parts, 30-day labour warranty on all completed repairs.
• Warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover new or unrelated failures.
• Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our repair.
• Parts are sourced as OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or equivalent quality aftermarket.

§06Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any repair is limited to the cost of that repair. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear unrelated to the repair
• Food spoilage or loss resulting from appliance failure
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Appliances that are deemed beyond economical repair

§07Parts and Availability

We carry common parts for major appliance brands. If a part needs to be ordered, we will notify you of the estimated wait time. Parts availability may extend repair timelines. We cannot guarantee same-day completion for all repairs.

§08Service Area

We serve Greater Boston, Massachusetts — Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk and Essex County, including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Medford, Malden, Revere, Lynn and Salem.

§09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
